Sorry, but an organization that opens with, "/1net is hosting a free and open online forum about the future of Internet governance" ought to know the basics. DNSSEC and IPv6 probably aren't within that very constrained set of skills. Certificate handling might or might not be. Clear Whois data most definitely is.

But more significant than these basic technical points is the question of credibility any effort this lofty risks by showing such a basic lack of vetting skills:

By the time this went public, there should have been a clear set of supporting statements from very well-known folk who have pointers to the site. It's the non-technical form of a certificate 'bush' and it's what the real world relies on, ultimately.

And it's not as if there isn't already a lengthy history of flakey efforts in Internet governance, to provide exemplars of how not to do things...
