People, ISPs, etc. will move to the 128-bit Internet when they're forced to
and no sooner. The fact that there is a workable solution to a known
problem both proposed and implemented means that the transition will be
less painful that it would be if there was no alternative and people are
forced to "go digital or else".
It is a credit to the IETF that a multi-decadal design still functions
amazingly well and no dictatorial edict requires that all unilaterally
relinquish all the perceived advantages of IPv4 until there is consensus
and need to do so. Survival of the fittest!
