I almost hate to bring this up, but . . . mhstore already asks users
(if isatty). We could do something like:
the filename of =?...?= is encoded, save as unencoded [...] instead? [y/n]
And define what to do if the response is no.
If not a tty, we're back to the question. Safer to fail, friendlier to
decode.
