You must be refering to postfix, the MTA written by Wietse Venema. The
FAQ on www.postfix.org says that it does and describes what variables
to set in postfix's configuration file.

I don't think so. This is apparrently a commercial program that
has gone open source.
I just checked the webpages at www.alphaworks.ibm.com, and no, I was
correct -- SecureMailer is postfix.
