Never mind that I use fetchmail, or don't have root access to my MTA, or

I am developing a PHP webinterface for some clients and
the will not have access to the shell or MTA. But they
can activate 'rblcheck' from the webinterface. Because
I use PHP to generate/edit the ~/.procmailrc it would be
very nice, if the rblcheck can included in procmail.
Shuld be a simpel syntax like
RBLLIST=spamhaus.org,....
:0
* RBLCHECK
/dev/null
or something similar
