ISP must be required to pass port 587 with no execptions. If your
getting spammed on port 587 it would only be because you are not
authenticating which is your problem not the ISPs.

  solution to the underlying problem. SMTP-AUTH only is something we try
to enforce, but given the lack of knowledge of average joe we cannot
