I've never ever used sendmail on windows, so I don't know what's hidden
behind your gui. What I do know is that normally, sendmail.cf and
submit.cf are generated from a single .mc file. My bet is that the gui
modifies the .mc file, and then generates the .cf files. I strongly
suggest you find out what's really going on instead off relying on gui's
that hide what's really going on.
