I don't know about Outlook Express (don't use it), but in Outlook 2000 what
happens is you see only the pretty name in the message list, but when you
open the message, you see both.
Outlook Express 6 displays only the pretty name in all three formats: the list,
the 'selected message' bottom panel and with the message 'opened' in a separate
windows frame.
To see the full From: address, you have to double-click on the listing to open
the separate frame version, then have to rightclick-Properties on the pretty
display.
