dynamic/dialup status is a function of network topology, not the
domain name. *IF* this is going to be useful, it would need to be in
the in-addr.apra tree, because that is under the network control. Of
course, if the network doesn't want IP addresses running MTAs, it can
just do port 25 blocking instead of having everyone in the world have
to do port 25 blocking for them.
