Since my ISP's SMTP server is shared, anyone using the same SMTP servers can
forge my email address!!!! This is not acceptable!!!

I can think of several: Your ESP is not your ISP, and you wish to use
your ESP's SMTP servers for performance/security/other reasons.
As long as you're relaying through your ISP or ESP, I don't see a problem.
The thread was about direct-to-MX mail from dynamic IPs being rejected.
