I reject neutral results from aol.com, hotmail.com and arosii.com. This is
based on forged spam volume. I would be very unlikely to block neutral
results from a small domain, unless they end up in the situation of
arosii.com somehow. In that case, they'll have to increase their security
(SMTP AUTH, etc) to stop the vandals.
