Maybe the example (Microsoft's PRA) should be written as a separate
paragraph, not scattered inbetween the statement. In other words,
move them below the recommendations in a section of known-bads or so.
This will (IMHO) make it more clear that it is just an example (albeit
the only one) and that the statement is not against Microsoft but against
abuse of spf v1.
