Actually, I think this is something that the council does *not* need
to be doing. Or, at least, we don't need to do everything. The
council shoud be there to make decisions, not the ones that should be
doing all the work. We need to get more people involved in more parts
of the SPF project and delegate more than we have been.
I strongly recommend approval voting system where each
person can choose all the domains he/she LIKES and at the end 1-3
that are "liked" the most (plus any .TLD variations of those) would be
considered official ones after final council's approval.
I really like Approval Voting, but I can live with Cloneproof Schwartz
Sequential Dropping. The thing I like about Approval Voting is that
it is simplier and will almost always end up with the same result as
CSSD, but since the results will probably be the same, I'm not going
to make a fuss over it.
