There is none. Generally, there is no council resolution
for community votes. Not yet, that is.
Let's just test whatever you think is good. And present the
full evaluation afterwards. Picking a nice domain name is not
that important.
For something really important like the next Council election
I won't buy into any obscure system claiming to restrict my
freedom to vote tactically (e.g. not voting for Meng because
I was sure that he doesn't need my vote) without testing it
thoroughly.
