I agree that we should not be promoting S-ID.  However, the page could 
still be valuable in modified form.  A first step would be to
s/Sender ID/SPF/, and perhaps we should reword the page so that the 
recommendation for setting the "right" headers comes over more as a 
general advice, not so much as a prerequisite for SPF compliance.  (Having 
sensible headers is always a good thing.)
