I think this message is an encouraging sign that SPF's adoption is growing.
Support calls tend to scale linearly-or-worse with market share. It's
important not to misdiagnose the influx of aberrant support calls as an
indication that the documentation needs changing; it's likely that for every
new user that doesn't understand the documentation, there are many that do.
Changing the documentation to help the few of the former may harm as many of
the latter.
