I hear Clippy has some free time and there is a whole warehouse full
of "Bob" somewhere. (Sorry, I couldn't resist).
I do agree that the page should be less technical. It should however
include links to a more technical page should an individual be
interested in looking under the hood.
As usual, just my 2 cents.

I think there needs to be two parts to the WEB site. One that is
technical for mail administrators wanting to understand and implement
SPF and a second area for end users that are sent to the site trying to
figure out why their mail didn't go through. The end user area needs to
be very simplistic and do a lot of hand holding. Keeping in mind that
there are some users that will be so mad that it makes no difference
why, what or how... just that is the fault of SPF whether it is or not,
facts are not important (yes, can you tell I've done customer support?).
Also the technical area needs to have lots of debugging information so
that when they have created an incorrect SPF record there is somewhere
where they can figure that out. Some hosting companies will clain it's
not their fault even when it is.... I caught one just the other day that
had made a mistake in a friends DNS zone and kept saying it wasn't them
it was everyone else's ISP that had the problem. When I pointed out the
problem and spelled out what they needed to do, they said that couldn't
be it! (at the same time they made the changes... with a typo that kept
it from working) and said "SEE, it didn't do anything". After I pointed
out their typo.... They fixed that and the problem went away... all the
time and still saying that couldn't have been the problem, all the other
ISPs just happen to fix their problem at the same time!!!!!
