Okay, but that doesn't cover the case "good reply (some records), but
no record starts with 'v=spf1 '".
Oh, but it does! "No SPF recs" means "no records starting with v=spf1".
My table just doesn't _distinguish_ between "no RRs at all" and "some SPF-
type RRs, but none starting with v=spf1", but both cases are very well
covered none the less.
Adding that to your table I'd say:

I'm not sure that starting to make that distinction is a good idea. That
concept is entirely new to SPF.
