Well I have provided strong and substantive objections for a start.

Ah no! I forgot! They cannot possibly be "substantive" because you are the sole determiner of that.

And I note that there have been no voices in support of the idea. You need more than lack of objections, substantive or otherwise, to change something that is already on the standards-track.
