You keep saying that. But you've made no attempt to respond to any of the people who have pointed out problems with the idea. You just keep repeating the idea.

I'm not sure which upsets me more: that people are so unwilling to accept
responsibility for their own actions, or that they are so eager to regulate
everyone else's.
