You have an idea. When asked to document it, provide the numbers, and indicate how it would be deployed, you never answered. There's some software here, there's another example there. It's still manual. But anyone can run it if they have spare time and a spare machine and some spare IP addresses. That's not a proposal. Until there's a concrete proposal you aren't going to get any support.

I'll say again what I said before. If the system is safely deployable and automatic, then I'd very much like to try running it (if only as a way of sampling spam). That's more support than you've gotten from anyone else on this list. But to date you haven't provided a convincing argument that such a goal is feasible (or that you consider such a goal desirable). I'm not asking for software--but respond to some of the issues with an organized plan for how it would work.
