Nope. I mean that we need to deal with those who are in the
room and approach our main goal a little differently if some
education is needed.

There can only be one, number one priority. Is that number one
priority, WG formation, the whim of the crowd on the day, or some
other thing?

I believe wg formation requires, amongst other things, a BoF
which results in a positive hum agreeing to the wg happening.
