A) This thread seems to have scattered into a a bunch of subthreads, none of
which have anything to do with the subject line. Could we edit that when the
thread drifts too far?
B) Is there an update to the proposed charter, based on the feedback so far?
C) Is there a community that's proposing this charter other than Ted?
