As I documented earlier, I could not find one.

text that defines it, to an extent that at least has solidsupport. I
haven't noticed that, either.
And finally, I will repeated my query about the syntactic or semantic or
operational deficiency in the draft. Failing to include an un- or
ill-defined term hardly qualifies.
