I doubt that's a misunderstanding at all.
I don't agree with this assessment. I think that if the decision
where to continue the North American meeting allocation, just
requiring them all to be in Canada, most of the complaints would come
from people in the US and not from Europeans even though the US travel
time would still be optimized.
Oh, I doubt that. There were complaints about all the meetings in the
US long before 9/11 and the new more onerous immigration behavior.
