Of course no one specifically asked to receive spam. But did you explain
that no automated spam filtering is perfect, and that there is a risk (which
you'll do all you can to minimize but cannot guarantee to be nil) that
legitimate mail can be caught by the filters and mistakenly discarded as
spam?
