Re: Anti-SPAM recommendations

Simply checking for myself in the To: or CC: fields has reduced my spam 
content by about 95%.  If you get 100 messages like this a day, this will 
reduce it to just 5 messages, something that should be easy to deal with.

Not a perfect or all-encompassing solution, but it's the best 
bang-for-the-buck.
