I am trying to move the mail location from "/var/spool/mail"....
How is this changed?
try a symlink so that things you forget to change won't get confused.
Otherwise you need to change procmail and any other LDA you might have, POP3
and IMAP mail servers, email clients that read mail from there directly...
The clients might use $MAIL, but then they might not. You would, of course,
need to fix that too.
Bound to be other things too.
