Um, I would SERIOUSLY disagree with your characterization of SA.
Several of the big rule sets are updated weekly - or more.
Where does one get these updates? Are they only available in the SA
SVN tree or is there an "offical" mechanism for retreiving them like a
virus scanner might have?
