Well, 2.63 should most certainly NOT be used.

3.0 can not be used, because it eats up my 768 MByte of memory...

It uses 768MByte of Ram by itself without extra cf files?  I think
there is something very broken on your system.

I am running 3 and it uses 27MB of RAM.

are you doing something silly like running SA with bigevil.cf?
