Indeed, when I first saw the registry I was worried that it's existence would give people the wrong impression: That SPF required a central registry. Seems like this might be true.

Don't get me wrong, I like the registry as I'm enjoying seeing the SPF uptake... but perhaps the text on the registry page needs to be very very clear that 1) SPF does not use a central registry and 2) It is just a public place to show that you are supporting SPF.

Call me the "word-smith", but perhaps "registry" was a poor choice of word in this context. Perhaps renaming it the "Roll Call of Domains supporting SPF" or some such would ease the confusion.

Lastly, do you intend to actually make the list of domains available? Once the list gets sizable, this could be interesting.
