Heh.. I caused the first warning. My weird DNS server (ldapdns) is
providing a second blank TXT reply, even though it shouldn't. This
appears to be a bug, I'll have to check with the author.

It is indeed reporting 2 TXT records, the "real" one and a blank one (see
http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/lookup.ch?name=ticom.com&type=TXT
). However, more important is that only one of your two DNS servers is
reporting that a TX record exists (see
http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/traversal.ch?name=ticom.com&type=TXT ).
