Suggestions of "oh, it should be RF" are easy to make, but
if you could provide several kilobytes of legalese, that
would be even better.
GPL compliance should be a goal of this language.
Err that is not such a great idea for a spec.
It should be possible for someone to create a GPL or BSD
library that implements MARID
It should be possible for any party that is not making
an IP claim against the MARID specs themselves to implement
MARID.
It should be possible for any party to use either of the
implementations described above without the need to obtain
a use license from Microsoft or any third party.
