Microsoft does NOT publish SPF records.
Microsoft also does NOT publish Caller ID records (AFAIK it is XML in a 
DNS-TXT record, right?)
So what is going on? Microsoft is doing nothing but telling us we have 
to implement a heavy-wighted and useless XML parser into our MTAs? 
Perhaps I'm wrong, but for me it seams to be so.
