Not really wanting to start a flame here but what about people that use
DNS hosting such as provided by Tucows, easyDNS and the like?  These 
DNS providers don't support PTR records in an easy way and hence a 
lot of the smaller businesses may be unfairly targeted by policies

(though it would appear that AOL is fairly responsible about it).

Is AOL requiring that your PTR record match the A record, or just requring
that you have *some* kind of PTR record?  The former may be expecting a bit
much, but IMHO the latter isn't.  Even dynamic IPs usually have some kind of
reverse DNS record associated with them.
