country.

Yeah Africa has trouble about that....
But why does such African countries have problems to get the delegation about .arpa ?

Who are the providers that give such ips that does not its works ?

The question is why they cannot have such zone ?

They can get themselves a competent provider.

Get out of the rich countries from time to time and look how things
work in the real world (the majority of the world).

Yeah, so there is some companies that doesn't do the right work that should be ask to do that.

Finding DNS for PTR is not too mutch difficult and should not be a be problem IMHO.
