IMHO this still is not a "major problem" with DNS. It's a "major
problem" with piss poor business procedures. If they cannot do rDNS they
don't send mail to my hosts. Period. Somebody somewhere up the line has
the authority to delegate. If people down below are paying for service
they need to request this as it is *REQUIRED* if you're going to play on
the net.
