Easydns does support TXT entries--in fact that's how I learned of SPF.

From the xname.org faq: "Is any support available ?  No...."  That alone
precludes any kind of serious business use.  Besides, someone else
appears to have given me the answer to my ISP rDNS woes elsewhere.

We went with DNSMadeEasy in order to publish TXT records for our domains. (We did not change registrars, however.)

I'll have to look at xname.org as a possible secondary DNS service for our domains. Redundancy is always a good thing in my book.
