I can defnitively determine the effect publishing SPFv1 records will have on my
domains when used in
the SPF context. I cannot be certain my domains emails would not be negatively
affected by the
published SPF being used against PRA. Indeed, there are specific cases where I
can be certain it
will cause problems and for at least some domains would be forced to unpublish.
