Well, I guess that depends on whether you think it is honorable to
publicly support PRA by doing things like authoring I-Ds, but
privately saying that he doesn't support it and then complain when you
say he supports the PRA. It depends on whether you think it is
honorable to think the idea of the PRA is terrible, but do absolutely
nothing to warn people that it is a terrible idea in all the news
reports.
Personally, I find that pretty scuzzy.
