QUESTION:

Answer: Yes/No
I was bent on answer no to this question until I saw this from Meng:
Second, do the people on this
list really expect me to lay out my strategy for getting
what we want, at the potential expense of our opponent,
on a public mailing list which our opponent is monitoring?
I'm not sure the details of what this means. But I have a suspicion.
A good suspicion. A suspicion that we should trust Meng, keep our
mouths shut up about it, and not force Meng's hand any further. He may
have already said too much. Don't ask me to elaborate, for that same
reason.
My vote is yes on 1.
