Nobody will do this, it's plain nonsense.  Send copies of your
abuse reports to Meng, Jim, Pobox, and Microsoft if necessary.

But I doubt that it will ever happen, because nobody plans to
implement this weird version of "PRAy & play" with v=spf1.
