Could you elaborate on the differences, particularly as regards 
reply-to, mail-followup-to, group replies etc? I'd also be interested 
in your thoughts on Keld's three examples.
(During 2004 I have personally been in all three examples Keld mentions, 
so IMO they're quite realistic.)
