How do you know that "Hadmut Danisch" is not a pseudonym?
Quite easy: Do a whois query on danisch.de. Once my relay is
covered with a RMX or a signature, you know (at least with a certain
level of reliability) that the mail from hadmut(_at_)danisch(_dot_)de has
anything to do with that guy mentioned in the whois entry.
it doesn't tell you a thing. you can use a pseydonym to get a domain
name.
No, you can't. Domain providers/resellers are required to put the
real name of the owner in the whois database. And imprints must
not contain pseudonyms. At least in Germany
and as far as I know in Europe.
Perhaps the requirements don't work quite as you think? Or perhaps
they only apply to the .de TLD?
Joker.com is located in Germany and has been a popular registrar for
domains in .com and .org for quite a few years. There is evidently no
problem with pseudonyms and/or false addresses being used to register
domain names there; or if so, then my officemate is apparently from the
Andromedan galaxy and is named rather differently than I think.

"What's the Specialist?" Samantha says.
"The Specialist wears a hat," says the babysitter. "The hat makes noises."
She doesn't say anything else.
