Really? I start to believe that many people in this group have no clue what
BCP stand for.
It's a standard term familiar to everyone who's participated in IETF
mailing lists for more than a few days. I don't understand what point
you're trying to make here.
I also have to agree that the most widely used DNSBLs are the ones
whose goal is to stop spam, not to wreak vengeance on supposed
spammers.
