It has NOTHING WHATSOEVER to do with ADSP, since the two mailbox
providers are (quite reasonably) treating paypal and ebay as a special
case.
NOTHING WHATSOEVER is vast overstatement; ADSP makes the "special case"
unnecessary,
so there aren't an unmanageable number of "special cases".
And do you know for a fact that they are a "special case" still?
