We've had good feedback on this, and I think it's solid. Everyone,

Posts confirming that you've reviewed this version and agree that it's
ready are welcome.
I've posted my final comments on the -10 version in the -07 thread a few
days ago. Beyond those, I agree that it is ready to go.
