I suppose my definition of "firm" is that since they have been published they
won't change unless there is a strong reason. They were selected to avoid
conflicts with other organizations.
We're on may other organization's do not conflict list, and likewise us
them... once published other organizations take those dates under
advisement. There was in the past substantial demand for long lead times
(something I personally was and am very ambivalant about) but once
you're committed to it, Changing direction is quite painful.
