It seems that your response was even less responsive than I had thought:
 according to the meeting Web site, the meeting is actually to be held
at the Quebec City Convention Center.  This makes it rather unsurprising
that there is a zero charge associated with meeting rooms at the Hilton
but begs the question: what, exactly, _is_ being subsidized by the extra
~$70/night?
