raw degrees, Bangkok makes up for with suffocating humidity.
I think that "suffocating" is a little over the top, but if you live in
a desert I suppose it might seem that way. Nevertheless, the humidity
is nothing like that in NYC, Houston, Minneapolis (an IETF favorite) or
even Paris...
